My wife and I recently started using these Tanit Mint Charcoal Toothpaste tabs and were completely blown away with how quickly we experienced some of the benefits. First of all, I have always struggled with removing plaque from my teeth, which has resulted in receding gums. Since starting this product, I can see the enamel coming back to my teeth and less plaque. I'm hoping that my gums will become healthier and move back up as my teeth become healthier. At first, we were put off by the greyish stuff in our sink when we were brushing, but now we're used to it and enjoying whiter teeth (which is saying something because we're in our late 50's/early 60's. I had plaque at the gums. After about three weeks, noticeably whiter. Also had some egg breathe the other day, brushed, smell was gone.
